No, there is a no minimum order policy we pride our service at top notch if your order ing one tote or 20000 each order is hadled with care to meet your deadlines.

When will my order ship?
when we receive your online order, we make every effort to ship your items on either the same business day or the next business day- Monday through Friday. If we have any issues causing long delays with shipping your order, we will call or email you. If you have any urgent shipping needs, please call us to make special arrangements for shipment scheduling or expedited servicing needs. Yes, we offer personalization/customization services. Personalization/customization services can take up to 10 business days but RUSH services are available . Please take this into consideration upon purchase. Also, please note that personalized/customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. You can create your own bag with your own personalized text.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number. Please keep the tracking number to reference the status of your shipment. If you do not receive your shipment within a reasonable time, please email us with your invoice/order i.d. number, name, contact info, and tracking number and indicate the best time to reach you.You can track your order at either UPS.com or USPS.com

What if I lost my password?
If you have lost or do not remember your username and password, choose the Recover Password option. You will be asked for your email address, shortly you will receive the information you gave when you registered. If you need to change your username or password please contact us.

What is your Exchange and Return Policy?
We will be glad to refund or exchange any new or unused merchandise. If you would like to return a product that is in new or unused condition, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit within 60 days of the date of invoice. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned in new condition within 60 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus a 25% restocking fee . Personalized items will not be eligible for refund or return. If there is ever a problem with a shipment, we must be notified within 60 Days of the invoice receipt date to replace or reship any items.
